Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• All items are tested and quality-checked before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – Available nationwide.
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – Additional charges apply.
• Local Pickup – Customers can choose free pickup from any of our six store locations: Stephen's Green SC, Jervis Shopping Centre, Dun Laoghaire SC, Balbriggan, Greystones, Tullamore.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

• Our delivery service is available within 10km radius of each of our six stores (Stephen's Green SC, Jervis Shopping Centre, Dun Laoghaire SC, Balbriggan, Greystones, Tullamore).
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
