Returns

At IT STAR we offer 14-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or due to defect in the product, please contact to the IT STAR store where you purchased your product through email or phone or by visiting the store physically.

Note: Please visit the store where you purchased the product. Incase if you visit some other IT STAR store it will be difficult for us to help you and might cause inconvenience for you.  Store Locator

At IT STAR we offer 14-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or due to defect in the product, please contact us on IT STAR HQ at (01) 558 9306 or email us using our Online Queries page and we will get back to you asap.

To qualify for return:

  • Return within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Goods must be in the original packaging
  • You must have your receipt for proof of purchase
  • Do not attempt to repair the item yourself or give it to anyone else to repair it

You have no grounds for redress if:

  • You were told about a defect before you purchased the item (for example, if the goods were marked as ‘Shopsoiled’)
  • You examined the item before you bought it and should have seen/been aware of the defect, battery life and scratches.
  • You broke or damaged the product

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Most banks and credit card companies take a few days to process refunds. We recommend you allow up to a week to see your refund on your account.
If you still haven’t received your refund after this time, we recommend you check with your bank or credit card company.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with Online Queries.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If goods are damaged or defective, they may be eligible for replacement. To check eligibility and arrange exchange of your item, visit the IT STAR store where you purchased your product or email to the particular store: Store Locator.

Shipping of Return Items

All returns should be shipped to:

All returns should be physically brought to the store where you purchased the product (Store Locator): Incase if you visit some other IT STAR store it will be difficult for us to help you and might cause inconvenience for you.

Note:

If your return is outside 14 Days of the purchase in local store or online store it won’t be considered and might cost extra in case of repairs or replacements.

Please make sure your product is securely and well packed to avoid damage in transfer.

If you are shipping an item valued over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
